An elegant Tea Room

A special place to meet that special friend or friends.

An ideal place for parties, gatherings, anniversaries, showers and meetings.

A perfect spot for any
special occasion.

Victorian elegance at Victorian prices.

A trip back in time...

If you enjoy an historic setting for High Tea or luncheon, you'll enjoy a visit to downtown Loveland's Swan House, a Celtic Tea Room. This beautiful historic home, built in 1908, has been restored and renovated into a Tea Room and a boutique.

Walking into The Swan House gives you the feeling of walking back in time to the early 20th century. Each room is tastefully decorated with a variety of antiques including furniture, wall-hangings, linens, clothing, collectibles, and much more. Most of these lovely items
are for sale.

A cozy entry leads you through the front door to a large living room with an elaborate fireplace and mantel as the centerpiece. The living room also has an original gas and electric fleur-de-lis chandelier that matches the fleur-de-lis design on the fireplace surround. At the back of the living room, beautiful fretwork separates it from the formal dining room.

To the right of the dining room is the former music room, which is now a retail room with an adjoining full bathroom with a clawfoot tub. From the back a door leads into the kitchen.

To the right of the living room, an L-shaped stairway
rises past windows to a large open landing. Off the landing is a bedroom, a sitting room, and a bath with an adjoining child size space furnished as a toyroom.

This beautifully restored two-story residence was originally built by the Swan family, who opened a
grocery business in Loveland in the late 1800's.
